KeyeTech eye drops bottle vision inspection system is used for pharmaceutical package inspection, the EBI machine is consist of AI vision system, software system, central control system and online elimination system, it can be installed connecting to the existing production lines, the inspected bottles are detected through the material sorting system to ensure the oriented position, which shall be the same direction and evenly distributed, and then the inspected objects enter the vision system to take 360° images, and transmit the image data to the software system to identify the objects, it will automatically eliminate the defective product and counting the quality ones.
